Fonts of Victorian Era

In order to select a proper font for my Design Authorship Board Game, I looked through the newspapers and adverts of the Victorian era:

 

There are a variety of font, most of which have serifs, different directions, and are used in combination with other different fonts.
They are all graphically bright, ie try to attract attention and stand out of the crowd, which makes all the ads look flashy.
For my game I tried to select a few fonts with the Victorian era feeling.

 Out of all selected I preferred Castellar font, and used it for the reference of hand drawn font to match it with the style of my board game:
